I can tell you that both rec...I know what you mean! I can tell you that both recipes I wrote out here worked for me (I included the changes to the banana bread recipe). I've never tried it, but I assume you could swap out the gluten-free flour for all-purpose wheat flour if you wanted (you don't need gluten-free if it isn't Passover, as far as I know).
